invites working adults to give their careers a greenlight and attend “Networking for Knowledge”, a unique
opportunity to meet with current students, faculty, and recent graduates of the
School of Graduate and Professional
Studies and learn more about the University’s adult accelerated and
master’s degree programs.
“Networking for Knowledge” will be held
Wednesday, October 14, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in Rockland Center
on Stevenson’s Owings Mills campus.
In addition to refreshments and networking, attendees will discover exactly
what it’s like to balance college with career and learn about career
opportunities for those looking to advance their education.
After an informal
networking session, faculty and staff from the School of Graduate
and Professional Studies will hold specific information sessions about current online,
onsite, and accelerated degree programs. Accelerated bachelor’s degree programs
include Business Administration, Business and Computer Information Systems,
Criminal Justice (online), Interdisciplinary Studies, Nursing RN-to-BS (onsite
or online), and Paralegal Studies. Accelerated master’s degree programs include
Business and Technology Management (onsite and online), Forensic Science,
Forensic Studies (onsite and online) with accounting, information technology,
legal, investigation, and interdisciplinary tracks. Stevenson’s programs allow
working adults to enhance their careers and to complete a bachelor’s or master’s
degree in as few as 18 months, part time.
