Stevenson University Sponsors First Annual National Career Conference

Stevenson University will take advantage of its position as a leader
in career preparation by holding the first annual National Career
Conference, scheduled for April 6-7, 2006 in Baltimore.
Academic leaders, administrators, faculty and career resource
practitioners will have the opportunity to network with national
leaders and employers and learn new strategies to apply at their own
institutions.
George Dehne, president of George Dehne & Associates, a market
research and consulting firm, will attend as one of the feature
speakers. Dehne is a former college administrator and the principal
author of Marketing Higher Education: A Handbook for Administrators.
Also attending as feature speakers will be: Laura Berman Fortgang,
president and owner of InterCoach, Inc.; Robert Sevier, Ph. D., senior
vice president at Stamats; and Barbara Moses, Ph.D., president of BBM
Human Resource Consultants Inc.
The two-day conference will also feature a number of breakout
sessions featuring panelists from across the country sharing their best
practices.
The conference will be held at the new Tremont Grand Conference
Center, and discounted hotel suites will be available at Tremont Plaza
